About Dune Design

Dune Design was founded by British Architect Tom Greenfield, he moved to the Turks and Caicos Islands in 2016 bringing extensive expertise in residential architecture and urban design. After graduating from the Oxford School of Architecture he gained his Chartership at award-winning London based firm HTA.  After a few too many gloomy winter days commuting in the big city he yearned for sunnier climates; and took an opportunity to design luxury Caribbean villas and hotels in Turks and Caicos. 
 
Dune Design is an end-to-end design studio that specialises in high-end residential and hospitality spaces, including luxury villas, resorts, and restaurants. Our seamless approach integrates interior design, lighting design and furniture selection and supply, allowing us to be involved in all aspects of the build until completion; ensuring the finished product is as our clients desired. This comprehensive service means you won’t need to hire additional designers—ensuring a cohesive vision from start to finish.Meeting and helping clients who love Turks is one of the most rewarding parts of being an Architect Turks based.

  • "We walked in with an idea and style of home we wanted, but not much else regarding details. Tom took that and created something we never dreamed of. Tom walked us thru iterations, details and designs, via video chats and a few in person meetings. Tom made the whole process as easy as possible for us, he was flexible and paid great attention to details. He presented us with options for various interior items so we could choose what we liked. He also incorporated ideas that we had once we started seeing renderings of the house. The 3D renderings were very helpful and allowed us to visually see how each area would look.
    Once construction started, Tom would keep us updated with photos of the progress. If there was something not quite right, he would work with the builder to have it corrected. The end result is a home we just love and are very happy with. If we ever decide to build or remodel, we will definitely use Tom."
