Previous Projects within Turks and Caicos
Previous Projects
- Wymara Villas. Coming in at the start of construction of the Villas, Tom helped with Villa 1-5 and oversaw completion of Villa 1 whilst working for Coast Architects. It was a really fun project with a forward thinking client.
- Vision beach. In the heart of prime Grace Bay, Vision beach is a exemplar villa with all the amenities you'd expect in a worldclass rental.
- One Grace Bay. Whilst working for HAB Group as the Executive Architect, feasibility and concept work was completed on this previous project was formerly known as Vellagio.
- Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Course. Designing phase 2 was one of the previous projects whilst working for developer HAB group.
- Navah Resort. From 2022, Tom worked with the client to design the resort masterplan along with 11 beachfront villas, a Kosher restaurant, tennis pavillion and early designs of the condo. Working with the developer for the formative stages, Tom took the project through design and planning.
