Northwest Point Development
Development in Northwest Point has seen a noticable shift in activity, with a focus on balancing growth with the preservation of the island’s natural beauty and character. While other areas of Turks and Caicos have seen rapid development, Northwest point remains more reserved, offering a slower, more deliberate approach that prioritizes sustainability.
Being the Architectural Lead on the Navah Resort, we enjoyed redefining this area as a new luxury destination, aligining with Amanyara and Ani Villas.
As an architect, I’m closely following these developments, ensuring that each project I design not only meets modern standards but also aligns with the island’s progress. The potential here is vast—from private residences to income-generating properties, as well as eco-conscious resorts. My work is rooted in understanding these opportunities while being mindful of the unique aspects of NWP.
