Villa Marahuyo is a statement home within Leeward community. The clients wish was an Architectural exception in Grace Bay. With warm simplicity at it’s core, the home has been crafted around a feature ceiling, and stone facade. One of the unique features was the AC ducting/vents being completely invisible behind timber ceiling planks.
The project was completed in 2023 whilst working with James Hamilton Architects. An old Lignum Vitae tree takes centre stage on the entrance to the villa.
