Alizee is one of the standout villas in the stunning Taylor Bay Neighbourhood. A large refurbishment project that was completed over 6 months, we surveyed the property and designed an extension, complete interior refit and pool outdoor space enhancement.
The project is unrecognizable from it's former self. The deadlines on the project were challenging as it needed to be completed for the new rental season, but alongside a capable contractor we were pleased to handover to the client. Tom was the project Architect for this whilst working with James Hamilton Architects.
One standout feature is the firepit that sits within the pool, this creates a stunning setting for the beautiful sunsets on the south side.
