Grandview Condo

We were commissioned to revitalize an outdated condominium located in the heart of Grace Bay Beach. Working closely with a homeowner executive, we developed two distinct design concepts: a 'minimal-impact' approach and a more comprehensive, investment-driven option. The outdoor spaces, which were notably underutilized, offered vast potential given their expansive size relative to the number of units. Our goal was to transform this oversized area into a series of smaller, thoughtfully designed spaces, each catering to different guest preferences and moods. A key priority was preserving the existing viewlines from ground-level units, which we achieved through a meticulously crafted landscape plan that balanced functionality with aesthetic appeal. This approach not only enhanced the property's usability but also elevated its overall appeal and value.
