Navah Resort

North-West Point, Turks and Caicos

Masterplanning

From 2021 to 2024 Tom led the project whilst working with another Architect and played a pivotal role in the development of the Caribbean's first kosher resort, designed for a New York-based client.

Initially, Tom focused on defining the project brief, as the client was unfamiliar with the Turks and Caicos Islands, while also finalizing the masterplan concepts. The final design includes 11 beachfront villas, a five-story condominium building, two restaurants, a spa, and an amenity village. After guiding the project through its conceptual phase, Tom led it to the tender drawing stage. Completion is expected in 2027.

The resort spans a stunning 20-acre property with over 1,000 feet of pristine beach and crystal-clear waters. A standout feature is the 141-foot lap pool that flows from the reflection pool at the villas' entrance to the oceanfront infinity pool with an integrated hot tub. In addition to private beach access, guests and residents will enjoy concierge services and a variety of water sports. A luxurious restaurant, led by a renowned kosher chef, will offer an exclusive dining experience, making this resort truly one-of-a-kind.
