Villa Cascade

On a quaint 0.25-acre inland plot in Leeward, Providenciales, Dune Design embraced the challenge of crafting an exceptional rental villa. By ingeniously utilizing the setbacks, we maximized the space to include luxurious amenities such as a TV lounge, a firepit, and a putting green.

Drawing inspiration from the historical architecture of Turks and Caicos, we chose white limestone brick to enrich the villa's textural appeal. The elegant front facade, designed as a single-story structure, features a skylight above the kitchen, reducing the visual impact of the building and enhancing the villa's welcoming approach.

Our Texas-based clients envisioned a playful, innovative, and well-appointed retreat. They will enjoy a home that exudes light, texture, and interest, perfectly encapsulating the serene and stylish essence of Leeward.
