Villa Poise

Providenciales, Turks and Caicos

Architecture

This home was designed with a simple goal: to create a space that feels natural, warm, and connected to its surroundings. It’s about more than just architecture—it’s about building something that fits beautifully into the landscape while offering a peaceful but surprising retreat.

The vertical wooden slats along the upper façade aren’t just for aesthetics; they offer privacy and invite in soft, filtered light, creating a serene and airy atmosphere inside. We paired smooth, curved stone walls with two volumes of hard, clean lines to bring in a sense of balance—soft yet modern, grounded yet open.

The elevated sections, supported by black columns, let the structure sit lightly within its setting, respecting the natural beauty of the environment. It’s about finding ways to harmonize with the landscape, rather than imposing on it.

The palette reflects this same respect for nature—light stone, warm wood, and soft, natural tones bring the outdoors in and create a sense of calm throughout the space. We wanted every detail to feel thoughtful and intentional, designed for both comfort and sustainability.

At its heart, this is a home for living and entertaining—whether it’s enjoying the light as it shifts throughout the day, taking in the views, or simply feeling grounded in the space. It’s a reflection of the care and passion we put into creating spaces that work beautifully for the people who call them home.
